Do you ever read about the GIANTS of the faith? People like William and Catherine Booth who started a revivalist movement named The Salvation Army? What about faith healers like Smith Wigglesworth? St Francis spoke to animals… What about the people who have raised the dead? What about big time evangelists like Billy Graham and Bonnke? Or heres a good one, what about amazingly compassionate people like Mother Theresa or Heidi Baker? Do you ever feel like you are no where near as good as them? I know I have at times…

But heres the thing. The reason they were so able to do all that was becasue they were/are filled with the Holy Spirit! They are Super becasue they have the Holy Spirit. And heres another thing, The Holy Spirit wants to invade your life, wants to regenerate you, and empower you to love and preach and perform signs and wonders. Check this out;

I will pour out my Spirit on ALL people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
¹⁸Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days,
and they will prophesy.
¹⁹I will show wonders in the heaven above
and signs on the earth below,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
²⁰The sun will be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
²¹And everyone who calls
on the name of the Lord will be saved.’

Notice how it doesnt say”I will pour out my Spirit on SOME,” or “on the wise” or the “special” or the “preachers” or the “officers” or… Nope, no discrimination here, if you want to be filled, ask and believe.

If you want to be a great Christian and evangelist then submit to the Holy Spirit. God wants to pour out His Spirit on ALL people. that means you. There is power and love waiting… Pray this right now as though you believe it will happen, “Lord, take ALL there is of me, fill me with your Holy Spirit! I dont want to do life on my own, I want you to empower me. Take me and fill me with your love, power and presence. In Jesus name.”
